The villa is offered starting at €150/night*, with weekly and monthly discounts (*price varies depending on the season).

How Do I Check In?

Check-in with a security code allows you to enter independently at your convenience, without waiting at the front door.

In any case, I or a representative will always be nearby for any eventuality or request.

What Are the House Rules?

- No smoking inside the house (fine €150);

- No parties (fine €300);

- Pets are not allowed on the bed and sofa;

- Please be mindful of the furnishings and items in the villa. In case of damage, reimbursement will be required.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74): in summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings; in winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 22°C.

The house will be entirely at your disposal. The only area where guests are not allowed access is the garage, where you can comfortably leave your luggage if you want to fully enjoy your last day of vacation.

We spent 5 days in the beautiful house in Sarzana, very practical and well-organized both inside and outside in the large garden. The house is located in a quiet position surrounded by greenery. Great for those traveling with dogs! Diego and Alessandro were always available and quick to assist with any of our needs. Conveniently located for reaching the Cinque Terre and Versilia, as well as Lerici and the surrounding area. The historic center of Sarzana is also very beautiful. It’s worth a stay! Thank you!
